  1. Well, the bunnies are the part of the pagan holiday Constantine stole from the Pagans and made a Christian one when the conversion from Pagan to Christian was mandatory under penalty of death. It makes sense to keep all the holidays when most everyone works 10 hours a day at least with no weekends and only holidays off. They held a lot of significance to the working class, the majority.

    But since the bunnies and eggs are a symbol of the festival of liberation (both sexual and literal – the slave of the house wears a purple robe and lives like the man of the house for a day) then does being empty inside like a chocolate Easter bunny mean you lack liberation, freedom, sexual or otherwise?

    I mean it would be an amazing coincidence if you did, since most people have no idea the historical stuff I am talking about exists…
